Challenge #423: "Oscar Night Nominees!" In honor of the 84th Annual Academy Awards, this week's challenge asks you to write a drabble using, as a prompt, the title of one of the Best Picture nominated films:

*The Artist (an AU in which Snape is a painter?)
*The Descendants (Snape's grandchildren, fifty years in the future?)
*Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close (A Gryffindor-Slytherin Quidditch match?)
*The Help (a look at Eileen's very-Muggle job during Severus' childhood?)
*Hugo (Hermione's son and Snape?)
*Midnight in Paris (Severus the Spy at a secret rendezvous?)
*Moneyball (A dance at Gringotts? A game of rounders? A date with Brad Pitt?)
*The Tree of Life (any of these religious or philosophical or scientific concepts?)
*War Horse (Firenze and Snape? Bane and Snape? Benedict Cumberbatch and Snape? *g*)
