It's been a rough few weeks for all of us, including your mod, who is an essential healthcare worker. And it's clear everyone here is busy, too, since the last few challenges have gone unanswered.
As a result, I'm suspending new challenges for about 3 weeks until (hopefully) things calm down for us all.

Just about all the Muggle world is taking about right now is the current Coronavirus pandemic, and one of the biggest issues being reported in the news is price gouging. Normally inexpensive products have had their prices hiked 10 fold or more. What about the Wizarding World? Would they be vulnerable to similar tendencies? The (Muggle) news is rife with talk about white supremacy and its resurgence. In my mind the wizarding equivalent is blood purity. What are Snape's views on this controversial topic? The fact that he called himself "The Half-Blood Prince" suggests he thought about it a lot. How would he navigate the current climate of prejudice? The year 2020 will be the year of the Rat in the twelve-year cycle of the Chinese Horoscope. Would Severus find this sort of astrology interesting? Perhaps more so than traditional western astrology? Though because of the lunar nature of the calendar, his birthday falls in the previous sign, many of his schoolmates would have been born in the year of the Rat. This Christmas tradition is an English staple on the big day. So do wizards have something similar (the Minister's Speech, perhaps) or would they, too, just listen to the queen after their Yule feast?
