Traditional English autumn seasonal cuisine means utilizing such items as squash, wild mushrooms, chestnuts, apples, blackberries and quince. What would Snape create with those ingredients? Apple crumble perhaps or some quince jelly? Or maybe he prefers roast chestnuts or root vegetable soups?
