One more popular myth from back in the day is that Snape is an accomplished animagus. There are stories featuring Snape assuming several shapes, and I distinctly recall seeing him as a bat in several stories, but again, no canon evidence. I've no doubt he could do it if he tried, but when would he have time? However you see it, this week we discuss Snape and the myth that he is a bat (or any other sort of) Animagus.
