Severus' brain reached toward consciousness, every part of his body ached. O.W.L.S.! If he didn't wake up he would miss the test. His arms flailed and a hand grasped his forearm firmly and brought it down to the coverlet. That was so wrong; no one in the Slytherin dorm would dare to touch him. He forced his eyes open and pain seared his throat as he croaked "O.W.L.S."
He stared into the amber eyes of Remus Lupin.
"Don't talk. Just lie back."
It all rushed back into his brain. The Shrieking Shack, the Dark Lord, Potter.
"Did we win?" he whispered.
